We are always on the look out for interesting new producers and street food traders for our popular events, including The Forty Hall Farmers Market .

Priority will be given to:

* Producers and suppliers based in and around the London Borough of Enfield

* Traders who demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability in their food production or choice of ingredients (eg using seasonal, locally produced produce and minimising food waste)

* Traders who are certified organic or use organic ingredients

* Traders who promote healthy eating
